How to make payment?

You can make payment through any International or Global Indian credit cards viz Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Your card will be charged in your local currency even though the prices are mentioned in rupees in our site.

How to know whether my order is delivered or not?

As soon as your order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation through e-mail with the details of delivery, i.e., date, name of the recipient and products delivered.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

YES, u can cancel your order before 48 hours of the delivery time. As almost all our products are perishable, once they are prepared they can't be cancelled.

Can I ask for a cake model that is not shown in the site?

Yes. We can arrange for your choice of cake but the price will vary for each model and also the flavour. For customised cake orders, please contact our customer care.

When do you normally deliver the items?

Our deliveries take place normally between 11.00 am and 12 midnight. On special occasions like New Year and Christmas the deliveries may go beyond the time specified.

How many days in advance should I place the order?

Generally we need 1 day prior notice to execute your orders in Hyderabad.

Can I ask for delivery in a place not mentioned in your site?

No. Currently we are focused on only few locations. However, we shall notify you when we add our locations.

In case of refund how many days it will take?

We try our level best to do it asap. In exceptional situations, however, we generally take one billing cycle to get the refund affected in your credit card statement.

How safe is my transaction through your site?

Transactions at KSBAKERS.COM are absolutely safe. Our payment gateway is done through CC Avenue gateway which has a very good record of safe online transactions.

Why should I register on your site?

Details given by you will be maintained in your account and you need not fill all your details every time you want to place an order. This will save your time. It will also entitle you to get our promotional offers and new products. We also provide guest login in case you want to place an order without registering with us.

What do you do with my personal details?

We do not use your personal details provided during registration for any other commercial purpose. We need your particulars only to contact you in case of any problem in delivery.

What if I need extra items like candles with my order?

You can e-mail us or call and order directly for the necessary add-ons. They will incur extra charges and the same will be communicated to you.
