For cakes, custom cakes and other personalised products, the final product may have minor variations from reference photographs or designs while maintaining the agreed requirements.

For custom or made-to-order products, the customer is responsible for checking all details provided before confirming the order, including:

• flavour;
• size;
• design;
• quantity;
• message or inscription;
• spelling;
• delivery or pickup date; and
• other personalised requirements.

Where a customer provides a reference image or design, KS Bakers will make reasonable efforts to create the product according to the agreed requirements. However, an exact replica of a reference image cannot always be guaranteed.

Once a personalised product has entered preparation or production, changes may not always be possible.

When you place an order through the Website, you are requesting to purchase the selected products at the details shown during checkout.

An order will be considered accepted when KS Bakers confirms the order through the Website, SMS, email, WhatsApp or another appropriate communication channel.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including due to:

• product unavailability;
• outlet capacity;
• delivery-area limitations;
• inability to fulfil the requested delivery time;
• an incorrect product description or price caused by a technical or human error;
• suspected fraudulent or unauthorised activity; or
• circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If KS Bakers cancels an accepted order for reasons attributable to KS Bakers, any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable payment and refund process.

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes, delivery charges and other charges, where applicable, will be displayed during the ordering process.

Prices and product availability may change from time to time. Changes in price will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where an order needs to be cancelled because of an obvious pricing or system error.

Promotional offers may have additional terms, including validity periods, eligibility requirements, minimum order values or product restrictions. Where such terms are provided, they will apply to the relevant offer.

Payments may be processed through authorised third-party payment gateways or payment service providers.

KS Bakers does not intentionally store full card or banking credentials on its own servers. Payment information may be processed by the relevant payment service provider in accordance with its applicable terms and policies.

You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use.

If payment is unsuccessful, reversed, disputed or remains unpaid, the order may not be processed or may be cancelled.

Delivery and pickup options depend on product availability, outlet coverage, delivery location and operational capacity.

Delivery times displayed or communicated during the ordering process are estimated time windows. Actual delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, public events, high demand, operational conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for:

• providing a complete and accurate delivery address;
• providing a working contact number;
• being reasonably available to receive the order; and
• providing relevant delivery instructions where required.

For pickup orders, customers should collect their orders within the communicated pickup window.

Requests to change an order may be accepted depending on the order status and whether preparation or production has started.

For standard products, changes may be possible before preparation begins.

For custom, personalised or made-to-order products, changes may not be possible once preparation or production has started.

Where a change results in a price difference, the applicable additional payment or adjustment will be communicated before the change is confirmed.

We take reasonable care in preparing and handling our products.

If you believe that an order is damaged, incorrect, materially different from what you ordered or has a genuine quality issue, please contact KS Bakers as soon as reasonably possible after receiving or collecting the order.

Please keep the product and packaging, where reasonably possible, until the matter has been reviewed.

We may request order details, photographs or other information necessary to investigate the issue.

Any resolution will be provided in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the individual case.

Our products are prepared in facilities that may handle common allergens, including nuts, dairy, egg, gluten and soy.

Although we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergen cross-contact.

Customers with food allergies, intolerances or specific dietary requirements should contact KS Bakers before ordering to obtain the relevant information reasonably available to us.

Customers with severe allergies should make their own informed decision based on the information provided.
